This dealership will put in quite a bit of effort to get you into the dealership, but communication becomes pretty miserable shortly after. Their “showroom” has been “coming soon” since 2022, and the lotus staff is limited. A single lotus tech, that takes weeks to get an appointment with, staff that take forever or just won’t respond emails, and ownership that seem to do little to inspire any confidence in the brand. Worst customer service experience of my life! After they sell you a car, they no longer care about you and will treat you like a second class criminal. If they damage your $100+k car, they will hide it and when you find it and blame them, they will deny it and refuse to repair it for you. Do NOT take your car to this dealership! Example: Took my 2025 Lotus Emira to have a windshield replaced via insurance claim. They installed a new scratched windshield and cracked my a pillar.
