This review is for service. Booking the appointment should have been a red flag, as it took multiple phone calls to get ahold of someone. My vehicle was dropped off on Tuesday April 29th at 10am. I have not gotten a single update since, and have had no luck getting ahold of someone in the service department. I have left 3 voicemails, and service has missed well over 15 of my calls. I just want to collect my vehicle at this point.
