Attentive, patient and friendly service. Not your typical pushy sales person. Looking at purchasing a new Emira. Anthony was very professional. I dropped in after my gym workout in sweatpants thinking I’d be snubbed but instead got treated with respect. I was upfront and said my current lease wasn’t up for a year but he still patiently walked me through the various models and options. Top notch service in my experience with luxury dealerships.

Update as of 2025: The previous review still stands. Everything about the team here is a joke. We went in to enquire about ANOTHER Elise, against our better judgment from the previous experience. No one has any clue about the cars that they sell. They tols us that the Blue Elise that they have in stock is "fully original" when it is in fact not. Put down a deposit for an Emira but unfortunately due to various factors decided to cancel. However, the experience provided by the team at Lotus of Vancouver was excellent throughout almost the entire timeline. The only hiccup was that at a certain point when some of the staff changed, the person I was working with was one of the people who left and I was left without a point of contact with no notice.
