TLDR: This dealership lies to your face and is willing to say anything to get a sale. For an expensive car lot, this kind of used car salesman mentality is awful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I was initially interested in a Lotus Emira, and spoke to Yousif about setting up a test drive. We drove about 3 hours to visit the dealership and everything was great at first. Do not do business with Lotus of Glenview. I sent them a refundable (the only paper that I ever signed) deposit for an Emira that didn’t arrive on time (many months later it did). I told them that they are in breach of contract since I moved on due to the unexpected and lengthy delay. I have sent them, through my lawyer, ‘demand letters’ yet still no contact of any kind! There’s no better place to buy an exotic car in Chicago. Dominic and Brandon went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. This is the second car I’ve bought from them and couldn’t be happier.
