Ok what was definitely the worst experience to date , has believe it or not become one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership. Mainly thanks to Giovanni and his associates willing to go the extra mile to right what was clearly another employees responsibility. He and his staff read the review contacted me before I could make it home , and stated over an hour after closing for me to drive back so they could fix my vehicle . Neil spent hours helping me find the right vehicle. The F&I team was very efficient and very quick. They were not pushing any products on me I was not interested in. I would definitely recommend this high-end dealer to anyone looking for a special vehicle.
