Excellent experience with Michael and the rest of the team, Ivan and Tony, in test driving and acquiring the 2024 Lotus Emira. Had the freedom to take my time in evaluating the vehicle, and Michael was there with extensive knowledge and guidance as I was ready to move forward with purchase. Overall, great experience throughout! Thank you, gentlemen!
Service after the purchase has been AMAZING. Have had my Lotus serviced twice, and the pick-up/drop-off is quick as can be. Also, the Lotus Service Manager, Giovanny Ortiz, communicated with me non-stop, providing me updates on the services all the way up to completion and via email (5-star). He even had my Lotus delivered to me afterwards. TOP NOTCH. Before this place, Lexus was the best service I have ever had. This place (and admittedly, it could just be Gio) has surpassed it hands down.
Too long to receive my car, when I placed the order it was supposed to be first edition and only a year of waiting but because lack of communication and long wait I end up not getting the first edition. Happy to finally have a manual V6 and trying to enjoy as much I can
