Excellent service , and so relaxing
Been coming here for 2+ years and today was the first time I had a negative experience. They surprise charged me with a $5 extra charge for a “special color” which wasn’t marked anywhere. It did not sit on the $5 extra shelf and there was no sticker on it that said $5 extra. I was never even told it was $5 extra after sitting in a pedicure chair for 1.5 hours. This place USE to be amazing. Now you pay premium prices for very mediocre service. I was gifted a $100 gift December as an early wedding gift and 5 days before the event we're told it's new management and its invalid.. not even a year later and its void? Sounds scammy to me.. NEVER AGAIN!
