I recently went in for a manicure and pedicure. I did not make an appointment; however, they take walk-ins. If you are ready to spend four hours at the nail salon, then this is the place for you. I have made appointments in the past, and it always takes 3-4 hours. This is unacceptable, and if you can't take walk-ins, then remove your sign. I will not be returning here and will stick to the nail salon I normally go to.
I was visiting from out of town and I'm so happy I spend my afternoon here. Amazing service and hospitality. Extremely clean. Best set of nails I've ever had done, and I'm extremely picky. Don't hesitate...just do it! You'll be very pleased.
I have been to lotus nails multiple times and this past visit left me feeling robbed and disappointed. I booked a visit for acrylic nails with tips my appointment was yesterday. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly but the nails I got ended up being very thick, different lengths (thumbs more specifically), a few nails look like they are coming off my finger and my set already looks like they grew a week out because she didnt put it down to my cuticles (I got them done yesterday!!!
