I gave lotus nails another try after having 2 bad experiences in the past due to being closer to my home. This time I sat in the pedicure chair for over 10 min while waiting for tech to start my scheduled appointment. My pedicure itself lasted MAYBE 15 min, I asked for the nail dremel to be used- I was dismissed she did not do what I asked, the "massage" was terrible she kept lifting my leg and slamming it down. I'll never go anywhere else. Lana is my girl!! They are clean and punctual. They take their time with everyone and make sure you're happy with your nails. Very clean and hospitable. Highly recommend.
