Very disappointed with the service. The staff is not friendly.. not smiling at all. The lady who did my nails was very rude and pulling my hands. She also have me bruises on my nails on both hands.. almost all fingers and not even apologizing at all. Not going there again.. and not recommending this place to anyone.
This salon is by far, the cleanest, kindest, most detail-oriented place I have been to within KW. I always look forward to my appointments and always leave happy. Thank you for your kind and professional service, Laura!
Booked online using the service offered on the website. The day before my appointment I start getting messages to change my appointment. I booked this time in advance specifically because we are going to a wedding, so no, other times don’t work. They ended up canceling on me because they were double booked. I’ve been here before and they were good but after this experience - Not worth the hassle - won’t be going back
