Recently checked out this new place and it’s great! Staff is friendly, and hospitality was outstanding -offered water/tea. They also had a play station for my daughter! Kept her distracted the whole time!
Today I visited this nail salon for a gel manicure and had an extremely uncomfortable experience. I asked to see two different shades of red and one pearl color. The technician swiped the colors on a single nail for reference, and I selected one of the three. Throughout this process, the three employees working were visibly irritated and rude, making it clear they were annoyed by my request to view multiple colors. If you want plain and simple they are ok but make sure you speak up especially about length or they will do what they want. Apparently 15 minimum even for a fix , (One nail) rip off. Seems like one or two staff can do special designs.
