I decided to try this place based on the reviews and made an appointment for a full set and pedicure. When I walked in, it felt very uninviting the salon was empty and no one greeted me. Anna did my pedicure and did a great job, so I appreciate her. But overall, the vibe was off. At one point, two staff members looked at each other and smirked, which felt uncomfortable. “Absolutely loved my experience at this new pedicure spot! The salon is clean, relaxing, and beautifully set up. The staff was so welcoming and paid attention to every detail. My pedicure looks amazing and felt even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend checking them out!”
Went here today for the first time for a pedicure and I did the 45$ pedicure with everything, the young woman was amazing that did my toes and she was very understanding when I told her I had surgery on my right foot and it started to cramp, she took her time and did an amazing job, when it came to pay , my bill was 58$, I was confused since I did a 45$ pedi, when i asked, she said they charge extra when you use a card and not cash, so I basically paid 13$ extra for using my credit card and she didn’t tell me that before I s... read more
An incredible experience from start to finish! The whole team — Lynn, both Amys, Holly, and Anna — are talented, welcoming, and truly care. Lotus is a must-visit!
I absolutely love it here! The salon is always clean, and Emmie is my go-to whenever I book an appointment. Her attention to detail and the way she makes you feel comfortable truly set her apart. You won’t want to go anywhere else after seeing her. The Russian manicure is definitely a highlight!
