Susan V. is incredibly detail-oriented and consistently does an outstanding job. I usually get a UV gel manicure and a gel pedicure, and Susan is always patient, thorough, and attentive to every detail. Her work is beautiful, and I always leave feeling happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Came in with my sister for her bday. I had the privilege of having Anna take care of me. She did such a thorough job, was very delicate and gave me a phenomenal pedicure!!!! Everyone was so nice, took some bday pics for us too. I will definitely be back and request Anna again. Thank you Lotus nail for making a small moment on my sister's day very special♥️
Visited this salon for the first time and even brought another person, the French tip design that I got was bad, nail tips were not sized correctly and the french tip design was poorly done, it was rushed as the nail tech wanted to take walk-ins instead of focusing on the client sitting in the chair. I appreciate attention to detail and that was not provided, I expected a better job for the price we were each charged.
Amy Ngo was so sweet and did a wonderful job on my gelx nail set! In love with the French tip color and would come back to Amy 😊
