I’ve never felt unwelcome anywhere like I did today. I’ve been going to Lotus Nails (Humble location) for over 12 years, but this experience completely changed how I feel. I came in for a pedicure and was told the color I chose was “too light.” After picking a different color, I was then told they couldn’t do my pedicure now, because she had just started, and also an upcoming appointment, I asked how long & she stated the wait would be a few hours.
