There was many incidents with her availability & being able to make an appointment with her. This manicure was not worth $60. I got ombré and it was not blended well, all of my nails are different lengths and it was not filed well because it is all lumpy. The girl seemed to be new and I don’t know why they would have a new girl work on customers without sufficient training. If you do not have expense doing ombré you shouldn’t make it seem like you can to the customers then give them a bad service. They offered me a $10 discount which I am grateful for but I still can’t say these nails are worth $50.

Went in for an acrylic soak off . The last literally drill filed the acrylic down to the nail on multiple nails on both hands . While she was drilling them down , they started to burn and hurt so badly , I was wincing and pain and telling her it hurts . It was such a horrible and awful experience. I had a pedicure done and a manicure from two different people . They were good , no complaints there . If you want acrylic or anything besides a mani-pedi , DO NOT GO HERE !!!
