left with unpainted nails because i was trying to find nails the color i wanted and couldn’t so he told me i need to hurry up because he has another client and so i got up to find a color and he sat the next girl in my chair and moved my purse and water bottle so disappointed guy was very rude the whole time

The service was really bad! The lady was in a rush, she wasn’t happy about doing what I asked for! And polished my nail poorly, and also very very rude. Not happy!!

Water for Pedicure was lukewarm. Then burn me with hot water from the hose. Then after oil on legs was freezing cold water. Barely cut toenails and not straight. Also was confused with color. Didn’t use the one I picked out. Didn’t take all the color off. Big toe nail is jagged. Sanded my skin of one toe raw. Didn’t complain. Used different person for fingers which usually means you didn’t get the best person for feet when they don’t have them do your hands too.
