I’ve been coming to Lotus for years and usually love the clean space, the friendly front desk, and several techs who are truly wonderful. Unfortunately, my visit this past Thursday was enough to make me not want to return. I’ve had Lisa before and her work has never been great, but this time was unacceptable. During the pedicure, she applied so much pressure with the exfoliation that it felt like my skin was coming off.
