I am not sure where to begin. I was so unsure as to whether or not I should leave a review but finally felt the need to do so. I went in to get a full set and my boyfriend tagged along to get a pedicure. I will start with the positives, the space is cute, clean, and my boyfriend enjoyed his pedicure. As for my full set that’s a different story. My cuticles were cut on 3 separate nails to the point of bleeding. My nails were extremely bubbled, the paint was meh, and the design was sloppy. First time at Lotus Nail Spa today. Was so easy to schedule a same day appointment over the phone. The pedicure booths have a great atmosphere and are very relaxing. Dawn, my nail tech, was great! Very kind, not rushed, and focused on the details. I will definitely be back! I also want to note all of the employees handled a very intoxicated client calmly and professionally. Kuddos to all of them for how they navigated the situation.
Jennifer at Lotus Nail Spa did it again!! Another fabulous job on my nails. I got gel with matte finish and a fine shiny tip. I’m always thrilled with Jennifer’s work. These are my natural nails!!! Thanks Jennifer and Lotus Nail Spa!!
