I had a doctors appointment in Boston that ran waaaay over and I knew I was going to miss my 12:30 appointment so I gave the salon a call and they were super nice about it and were able to accommodate me later in the afternoon. Rachel did an awesome job with my mani/pedi! I somehow managed to smudge my toenail polish before it dried and she didn’t hesitate to fix it for me. Very happy with the service!
I'll never go to any other salon! They are by far the best and friendliest technicians.
I’ve been coming here for almost a year now. It’s a small/modest place but their work is flawless. Jessica is a master at manicures and Lena is untouchable with the deluxe pedis (you’ll be sad she finished lol). I leave here so happy everytime!
My experience at Lotus nails was great! I hadn’t had my nails or lashes done in about 5-6 years. The nail tech I had was very thorough (i didn’t get her name ) while doing my nails! She made sure I was happy with them throughout the whole process. She was very meticulous, which I loved. I LOVE how my nails came out. I also really like how she did my lashes. Overall, if I could give 10 stars I would! I’ll definitely be going back!
I've been going here for almost 2 years and will never go anywhere else! My gel manicure lasts forever (A++ quality and technique)! The staff are SOOO sweet and attentive, which makes for a wonderful experience. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and care you receive. Go here, you won't be disappointed!
