Absolutely disgusting customer service. I told the guy that the nail polish chipped when he fixed it and he just started yelling at me. He said oh your nails are weak. You should have done builder gel. So I said your lady did not recommend it how am I supposed to know what is good or bad for my nails nails? He was literally yelling at me, and I think that is absolutely disgusting.
I went to this salon thinking I was elsewhere and only realised when my pedicure had already started. I searched for the reviews and was worried I would get a bad service. It was however quite the opposite. I had all together a great experience and my heals were nicely shaved when I asked for it.
I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. While doing my nails, the technician cut my thumb finger, and instead of apologising, she simply laughed and didn’t even acknowledge it, which I found very unprofessional and upsetting. On top of that, SNS on natural nails is clearly written as $50 on the price board near the counter, but when it came time to pay, she tried to charge me $60. I had Julie do my nails and she was very caring and her work was beautiful. I recommend her and her work
The woman was rough. Nails are uneven and long on sides digging into my skin.
