I don’t usually write reviews, good or bad. This one was so flagrant, I could not, not post. Unfortunately I did not even get to the spa. The correspondence that I received initially was enough for me to cancel. They sent a text requesting information, without any identification. I was very put off by the unprofessional communication. TFiore you are not alone in your assessment. Perhaps other people will step forward.
