Owner changed massage time without consent and since I couldn't make the time they changed it to now says I have to pay with cash instead and won't refund my card. Buyer beware.
Really unimpressed with my experience today. I booked a 2-hour massage for $140, and because payment was required before the service, I also tipped $20 beforehand. The appointment started about 10 minutes late and ended almost 20 minutes early. A large portion of the massage was done over the sheet with no lotion or oil, which felt uncomfortable and not like the service I expected.
