Zen was amazing. I was a walk in , my nails were looking sick. I have natural nails that are strong but my anxiety had me chewing on my cuticles. I wish I had a before picture but all I can say is Brand New!!!
During my recent visit for a pedicure and gel manicure, I encountered several issues with the nail tech’s work. The service took a very long time to complete, stayed there for 3 hours! She made several mistakes, including having to redo few of my toes multiple times and completely re-doing the gel manicure due to drying issues and felt like she’s rushing at this point since she realized how long it has been. Exactly what I wanted today I went in and told them my budget that I was having a strawberry themed baby shower this weekend and they did me right I will definitely be recurring even if it is an hour from my house!
