Both the Province and Lotus Apartments have been the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. Communication is practically nonexistent — countless emails ignored, phone calls never picked up, and when you do get someone at the front desk, it’s staffed with college students who look like they’re reading from a script they barely understand.
