DO NOT LIVE HERE! When I moved in the apartment was disgusting. My room was never cleaned and had dog hair all over my bed. The desk chair was so worn out and the fake leather was peeling off. Our couch was ripped open in multiple places. My key fob unlocked the apartment next to me on 3 separate occasions. Why am I paying 1,600 to live in the slums?? Our door was finicky to begin with and broke a week after we moved in in August. I cannot express the number of maintenance requests, calls, emails, ect. that we put in to get it fixed. Luckily we were in a loft so we had patio access through the back ALLLEY. Management here genuinely does don’t care. Our door didn’t get fixed until JUNE. TEN MONTHS LATER. It’s honestly appalling, this place robs you and does not care. I regret leasing here and would not advise anyone else to.
Terrible. David kandel is awful and the communication of all staff is terrible. Do not respond to anything and front office is 0 help.
