We enjoyed our tour with Ella. She helped answer a lot of our questions about life in Boulder and the benefits of living at the Lotus. Glad we are sending our daughter to CU!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The management is proactive, especially working with Ella, the building is quiet and secure, and the in-unit amenities are exactly what I needed. Highly recommend living here!
You can’t beat the proximity to campus, covered parking, 4 secured access points for renters, on site gym and better rates. Something you won’t get on the hill. Capreese was an amazing tour guide and two renters we encountered separately said they each enjoyed living there and had both renewed. Also love seeing the community events they do frequently!!
