***The Lotus threatens legal action to anyone who leaves negative reviews*** My fiancée was renting from The Lotus for well over a year. She developed a severe allergy, and asked to change apartments. The Lotus refused. She then asked to break the lease early. Again, The Lotus refused stating that her issue was not medically necessary. This place was designed to fleece CU Students and their parents.

I am a parent of a sophomore at CU Boulder who has lived at the Lotus this past year. When we arrived in August, the door to the apartment was broken because the fire department forced it open four months prior. It wouldn't even lock. That has still not been completely fixed. They have a temporary door. The heat and hot water have been broken for at least 30 days including when the temperature outside was 4 degrees. Renting at the Lotus Boulder continues to be a poor experience. After the initial problems below, we have now had recurrent problems with no heat and hot water for extended periods in Boulder in the winter. We were without heat and how water for a week in December and still not fixed for another week when we returned after break in January. Ow the system is out again ! It has been 5 days without heat and hot water and tomorrow it will be 4 degrees. Desk staff are very nice but management is not responsive. Do not rent here -... read more

They don’t answer their phones we called 4+ times and didn’t get one answer but their office hours on google says they open at 9:00am
