Way overpriced, loud, bugs, old furniture...not worth it.
I've been renting here a semester and a half. Convenient location and I love the view, but they're bad at maintaining the property. Interior access doors that have had missing doorhandles for over a month (even after I picked the handle off of the floor and brought it to the office) and egregious lapses in the building security systems that I don't feel comfortable putting online.
This event was so much fun! I felt like I was already apart of the community at the Lotus! I am even MORE excited to live there now! I will definitely be looking forward to more events!
