Avoid at all costs! I purchased a Groupon some time ago and have spent several few weeks trying to get a hold of someone to schedule an appointment, completely without success. I made no less than 5 attempts: two facebook messages, an email, a text, and a phone call to which I received zero response from any of them! I wound up canceling my Groupon because I didn't want it to expire.
