This complex basically just scammed me out of time and money. Everything was smooth on my end OUT THE BLUE AFTER being held up by their lack of communication for days they text and transfer way too much AI, bots, I called everyday to ensure how and what was needed to ensure easy move in. Never told me where to send documents, never sent emails for Rhino. They stated I have a past debt after day 3/4, I needed to satisfy TODAY! mind you I have to track down this info etc. so I have one day to do it before they cancel my applic... read more
DON’T RENT HERE!! The office is never “available” even though there is a person in the office sometimes, I have had my property stolen and thrown out by staff (Got them on camera taking my items and I have text threads of them admitting it), and I have had the head maintenance guy scare the crap out of me by walking into my apartment without knocking or giving notice.
