I have the same feedback as the last person who left a review. I don't know what happened but my provider just up and left and I was told they would be sendind in 90 day refills for my meds and they did not. I've been trying to get ahold of anyone and get no response. My medicine is almost out and I was left high and dry.
I’m extremely disappointed with the communication and scheduling at this practice. I have called twice, left voicemails, and requested two appointments, yet I still have not received a response. Every time I call, no one answers. I understand that the practice recently changed its scheduling system and that transitions can sometimes cause delays or confusion.
