Ashana Jones-Bell is an inspired massage therapist. She has strong hands, a sweet and humble manner, and an uncanny ability to find the exact knot that’s been giving me grief — and send it packing. The center itself is a soothing oasis in the middle of Charleston — herbal remedies, calm surroundings and soulful yoga classes taught by Kristen King. Highly recommend!
Now that I am coherent, I just had the best massage of my life. My session was a combination of hot stone, cupping, stretching and massage. I was greeted as I walked in. As I walked into the treatment room I knew that the massage would be everything I needed. Ashana was amazing. I was very massage drunk and liked it!!! I feel That this massage is jump starting a detox. I can’t tell if it is spiritual, energetic or physical but a detox, nontheless. Thank you Ashana, I’ll be back soon!
