Nails? More like FAILS. I came in as a walk-in at 4:30, expecting another great experience like my last visit. I had been here before and was completely satisfied with the results, so I thought I was in good hands. Spoiler: I was not. I didn’t leave until 7:30 PM, and the three hours in between were straight-up chaotic. First, they tried to RIP OFF MY REAL NAILS because they thought they were acrylics. (They weren’t.
