I can’t say enough good things about my journey with Dr J.! The personalized attention I’ve received from her is priceless. I have truly felt supported every step of the way. She always approaches my care in a customized, holistic way and now that she offers a concierge experience through her membership I feel deeply cared for by her staff inside and out.
Really awkward and oblivious bedside manner. Leaving this review since I got an email saying they’re going membership based. Hope my experience helps someone evaluate if they want to join the membership. Should’ve left this review sooner but I just wanted to forget about it. AVOID THIS PLACE. When I first came in I was in ovarian torsion. I told the receptionist I was in the worst pain of my life and I was handed a bunch of papers including a survey about my interest in Botox. When they did ultrasound on me, they said they could see something but couldn't tell what because their ultrasound machine was from the 80’s. Yes they actually said that. Highly DO NOT recommend this clinic unless you want them to bill you multiple times and then ignore your calls and emails once you have proof that the billing codes are incorrect. They were a great spot years ago, but that has unfortunately changed.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough wonderful things about Lotus! From the moment you walk in, the office feels more like a beautiful spa than a sterile doctor's office.
