On a 95 degree day, this shop had the front door open and the air conditioning OFF. I refuse to pay for a service in such an uncomfortable environment - there are plenty of other places that will accommodate me with such a basic necessity as climate control!

Very relaxing
Massage was rushed and robotic. Afterwards I gave a tip and asked for change and they would not give it back. They think THEY get to determine the tip amount . Will never return again.
