Dr Kirsty Wark is fantastic! So thorough and really explains all aspects of the treatment.
Terrible experience. No prompts for second appointment made & waited 6 months for so accidentally missed the appointment. Tried to call multiple times and never answered phones. Was sent a $150 invoice through debt collection agency for honest mistake but no customer care to maintain relationship. Rude and unhelpful.
Visit was treatment for parasites told in my mine 18 months later still have tham and eggs eating away terrible
I was referred to Lotus by my GP she sent the referral and I was to wait for a phone call to organise an appointment I received no phone call the phones were not answered.so I went somewhere else. I eventually received a response to the sent teferral 12 months later !
John Relic has never been timely in all the years I have been his patient ; it must be close to 20. Whilst it is an issue, it is because of his exceptional concern anbout his clients and expertise ,that he frequently devotes additional time to those who need it. I would not be without his masterful diagnostic ability which always comes with care and is second to none. He is a Hunter powerhouse in the medical fraternity.
