Short wait times if you come during lunch time, this is only my second appointment but so far everyone has been friendly and welcoming.
This place is horrible. Save yourself the time and don’t come here. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Staff are so incredibly rude with a condescending and unprofessional attitude. They don’t care about your teeth, they care about the money they make. It mostly depends on the staff that services you but take one look at the reviews and you’ll see this applies for the majority of people. Come at your own risk.
Vicky was really good at explaining the procedure for my invisalign. I feel confident coming here for my teeth!
