The 60 minute massage was wonderful and relaxing. The haircut and style was cute. I'm not sure I'd do eyebrows again but definitely the massage and hair ...
Very professional. Clarissa listened to my requests and did a great job with the outcome. Extremely happy. Staff always makes me feel welcome and accommodated. I was disappointed to find out the trail mix was removed from the spa. Always looked forward to a little treat while having my hair done.
Brooke Seale is absolutely phenomenal. I could not recommend her more. I was out of the area for 6 months and received some absolutely horrendous haircuts. Brooke gave me a beautiful color and repaired haircuts that were previously butchered and I left smiling again. No more wigs for me!!
Beautiful facility, great service and Aveda products are amazing. Irma is a fabulous massage therapist and I always look forward to treating myself to an appointment at Lotus!
I'm relatively new in town and scheduled an appointment with Kelsea (not sure of the correct spelling). She was extremely friendly and I immediately felt comfortable with her. I told her I wanted some length off and let her do her thing as far as style. She did an awesome job and I am extremely happy with the results!!! I'll be back for color and more!!
Always a wonderful experience!! Staff is the best!!
I like the level of professionalism, friendly staff, open air concept of the salon but also the little nooks for a quiet more private space.
