I loved it when we lived in Yuma, AZ ! I miss it terribly and haven't found a spa or salon that's as good here in VA! Hugs to you all from Va Beach! (especially to Kim!)
I scheduled my appt yesterday and explained to the front desk person what I wanted done with my hair. I don't like the idea that I have to tell the front person what I want who's not a hair stylist, to get done on my hair without speaking with the stylist and see if it would be possible. Today was my appointment and turned out the stylist wasn't able and comfortable to meet my requirements and asked me to sign a waiver?!?
