I love this place... The mellow vibe is amazing... Ti the nail tech is a genius and the best nail tech I have ever had. The gel nails look perfect and real... I absolutely recommend everyone... I will always go to lotus day spa from now on.... My eyebrows are on the verge of repair and the eyebrow tech did a superb job... You can notice no flaw in them... Just certainly satisfied and a customer for life....
The massage was not very good - the massage therapist didn't even massage my neck! Not sure she knew what she was doing either - did half of 1 arm and the other whole arm! Would not recommend or go back. Also, much more expensive than massage envy or knuckles and knots!

This review is for the Pleasure House location. I called Friday evening around 545 and asked what time they close and was told 730. I made an appointment for 600pm. The young lady that worked on me was great and I would give her 5 stars. I not in the chair for even 5 minutes when the man ( the owner) kepted pacing back and forth and after a few minutes of doing that he ended up sitting in one of the mani chair and kepted looking. I was disappointed to learn after getting a Brazilian that the back area was not included, and that it would be an extra $25 plus the initial $75.
Very relaxing and the techs are very professional!! We will return!!
Always a good experience at Lotus. My eyebrows are on point. The pedicures are relaxing and clean, and the staff is always very nice. Highly recommend.
