The trainers are great but the office is ran like shit and if you have any billing questions for when they randomly charge you they refer you to an email that doesn’t listen and thinks it’s ok to charge random household members cards for other members and doubling down when you try to get them to correct it. Before their new billing system? Great place!!! Love David. After their new billing system? Never again. Don’t give yourself the headache. Just go to the one over by Panda Express instead.
Our family has been with Lotus club for over a year now. My son, my nephew and my brothers. I can not say enough good things about the entire staff and members, it truly feels like family here. My son’s coaches, Sean, Hailey, Parker are the most patient, kind, uplifting coaches. David is possibly the best human I’ve ever met and is there to greet us with a smiling face and helps everyone he meets. Also is my brothers coach for Muay Thai .
