I'm really concerned about the effects of chemicals on health and the environment and had always wanted to have my home reflect that. Lotus has been cleaning for me for over six months, and their attention to detail and efficient service is the best I've found after years of living in the East Bay. No complaints here. They've always responded quickly to my requests and suggestions, as well as scheduling changes. Thank you Lotus.

They did a great job the first time. Subsequent visits were not worth the $86 for a one bedroom apt. They didn't move stuff off counters/table tops to clean; didn't sweep before mopping. When I called the owner, her response was that perhaps the workers were tired or it was the end of the day. Not what a paying customer wants to hear.
