I can honestly say I was nervous and a little skeptical about trying acupuncture. Ive been dealing with chronic migraines for years and all Dr's want to do is constantly throw pills at me. I was sick and tired of it. I wanted to try something other than pills. Dr Cara was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel so at ease. Once again I had an amazing experience at Lotus. I left the office feeling soooo much better than when I arrived. Dr. Kara always takes her time to make sure all my needs are addressed. I highly recommend her treatments. She has helped me with pulled muscles, migraines, back strains, and tension. I feel it is the best thing i can do for myself for complete wellness..
