I have nothing but great things to say about my experience purchasing a Lotus from Luke Artman at Lotus Philadelphia. His lifelong passion for cars was obvious and he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. In addition to his expertise and attention to detail, Luke was incredibly communicative, often responding to me during his off-hours. I just bought a Lotus Emira from Lotus Philadelphia and had the rare opportunity to work with a car salesman with tact. I had a deposit with a dealership in New Jersey that I placed in February 2022. Over the course of 30 months, I heard from that dealership twice. Once to let me know prices went up and once to ask me if I wanted a four cylinder...I didn’t.
