I went here in September of 2020 to search for a wedding dress. This was during the covid-19 pandemic and I was allowed to bring two guests with me. They made it extremely special and I had the best time picking out my wedding dress here! The staff was amazing with helping me find the style that I wanted and I said yes to the last dress I tried on!
I had an amazing experience with Jessica and Olivia. I ended up visiting both locations in mineral and brooklyn. I found my dress in brooklyn but i needed it to go to the mineral store since i live in massapequa. they sent it over with no issue. It was there when they said it would be and it was perfect. I cried wedding tears and i knew this was my dress. I can't thank them enough.
I purchased a bridesmaid dress from Lotus Bridal. I am a size 6/8 normally and was told to order a size 16! Although this seemed crazy I was told that "a seam is a seam and this would be the best option with my measurements." They advised me that a 16 would be the size that would fit my hips. Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my appointment with Kelly. First of all, the ambiance in the store is so dreamy and upscale, and overall the aesthetic was so much nicer than other bridal salons I have been to. Kelly did such a great job listening to what I was interested in, and didn't pressure me at all. She ended up finding me the perfect dress!
