Do not book here! The videos they post and pictures on their website do not match what you see when you check in. The cabanas were broken down. The toilet had to be fixed on check in. The breakfast was nothing. The bed sheets were dirty. The ice machine was broken! The curtains had holes in them. The furniture was run down. We had a 2 night stay and checked out the next morning at 8 am. Terrible!!!
DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! This hotel did not deliver what it promised in any way. Their website advertises a “pillowtop bed with premium bedding,” “LCD TVs with satellite programming,” 24-hour front desk, elevator, and free self-parking. None of this matched our experience. Check-in took over 45 minutes, even though the hotel looked mostly empty. The room we were first assigned had a key that didn’t work, and qualified staff member was available to fix it. I loved the location and the view and the customer service was absolutely amazing! I give it a 4/5 stars because my door to my room was broken which was a little unsettling for me at night but other than that room was clean and stocked of needs
Wonderful as always. We stay here on the regular, it's a great location for everything in the area.
Staff was wonderful, all very polite and accommodating. The room on the other hand...... Ickkkkkkkkk!!!!! The outer door was peeling and rusting, inside the breaker panel was visibly rusted, just not a good look, there were dirty smudges on every door and walls, nothing a good wiping down wouldn't fix. There were dead bugs in the window sill, broken and ill maintained decor. I booked a room with a balcony.
