King bed in room 205 is extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast consists of a two pack of muffins opened and then individually wrapped in Saran wrap, a large container of orange juice that you pour from , coffee, over ripe bananas and yogurt.

Not good at all. The only positive outcome was the refund taken care of through American Express and motel staff. Apart from that, room had no secondary lock, door and door latches were all completely rusted, bathroom door is frosted glass with no lock or a broken lock, paint and wood rot, broke glass in the sand play area in the back by the pool (warning for kids). I’m not usually a complainer but I couldn’t have us in that motel and feel good about it.

Upon checking in there was no one at the front desk for 10 to 15 minutes. After getting our first room we had roaches, see attached pictures. We are Florida residents, believe me when I tell you these are not the normal Palmetto or Asian roaches. We received a second room, same issue and mold. In addition, we had a quarter inch gap underneath the door. We went to the front desk and requested a cancellation through booking.com. We were told we received a full refund And that it was taken care of with booking.com. they did not... read more

Disgusting! Moldy rooms, roaches, old rotting desk in the room, wet mattress with mold. Rust and mold on lamps and appliances! We will NEVER return or recommend this place to anyone!
