Things have changed since a year ago. Not for the better but for the worst. Pool area has been abandoned due to no maintenance. Just as the hot tub area. It looks disgusting. Public areas are not cleaned properly. They have really abandoned it. Rooms needs paint. Cleaning are done half way. Forgetting to leave towels or toilet paper. We don't see staff making their rounds in public areas at night. There are no lights around paths leading to the pool at nights. There's so much much to say. This was a great spot if you want a nice hot tub and pool close the the beach!! Beautiful sunrises also noticed the maintenance man always working and doing a great job!
How to update review and lower the star rating. They did some minor upgrades to the room, but overall the place is still just very rundown. The rooms were not very clean when I checked in, other people’s hair was all over the place. The room does have a nice view since it’s oceanfront with a nice balcony, but that’s the highlight of the room. The beds are super firm and the staff are not very friendly when checking in. Rooms were not cleaned and with a few bugs.
I came back and I would like to say that my stay was even better than before. The staff is so kind. The rooms are extremely clean. The property is extremely clean. Oh and the view...BEAUTIFUL! I couldn't ask for anything more. I would like to add the cleaning woman named Winsome is the most beautiful soul you'll ever meet. I stayed there in early June.
