I was a patient at lotus behavioral health for a little bit over a month at the beginning of 2025, all I have to say is this is absolutely the best mental health facility in Central Florida for teens. From the second I walked through the doors I felt welcomed there and like I actually belonged. The staff there were always there to help, and talk to. The care team here is amazing from top to bottom! Sent my daughter here. The techs were compassionate. The psychiatrist was incredibly organized and listened to my child's needs. Therapist Antonella is incredible. She understood my kiddos needs and listened to my child and to my conserns and worked diligently to make movement on my kiddos struggles. Sadly she was only there 3 weeks due to an insurance issue, but I would recommend this place to any parent seeking treatment for their child!

I see a lot of parents who sent their kids here writing reviews about how lotus was for them, but you guys don’t seem to really understand what it was like at lotus. Being in lotus had to have been the most dehumanizing thing I have ever experienced. I will say that there were times that I had a great time like it was enjoyable, but the Majority of the time that I spent there I wanted to get out and there were countless of times that I thought of self harm just because of a place that I was in how are you gonna go to a place... read more
