Horrible experience with parts of my skin sliced off near the eyebrow from threading and rough handling with the wax on my upper lip causing a break out of 10+ pimples to form in that part of the skin. It was a nightmare and now I have permanent acne scarring. It was excruciatingly painful with no regards for customer comfort or soothing the area. Very disappointed... my threading was horrible. I requested the girl please I think I am getting cuts and burns while you are doing threading and she said no not at all and please look the picture below. How would I afford to go somewhere we so many cuts
Amazing work I had my underarms done $9 plus a fresh cut for $20 so worth it. The ladies in here are very nice very clean place and reasonably priced plus the owner- Saavy is very gorgeous and attentive! 🫶🧿 love this place!
the staff is unprofessional and inconsiderate, my mother expressed not liking her hair cut and the hairdresser responded that they “don’t cut boys hair” and that “the men’s hairdresser was next door”. very backhanded and unnecessary
