Last time I came they were good, today I came and It was the worst mistake. They ruined my mom’s eyebrows completely. I don’t think they are trained enough to do eyebrow tinting. They were not apologetic about the situation either. The hairdresser was very rude and very overpriced. Very disappointed with everything. On top of everything the staff seemed very annoyed and frustrated when we walked in.

Horrible experience with parts of my skin sliced off near the eyebrow from threading and rough handling with the wax on my upper lip causing a break out of 10+ pimples to form in that part of the skin. It was a nightmare and now I have permanent acne scarring. It was excruciatingly painful with no regards for customer comfort or soothing the area. Very disappointed... my threading was horrible. I requested the girl please I think I am getting cuts and burns while you are doing threading and she said no not at all and please look the picture below. How would I afford to go somewhere we so many cuts
