This review is specifically about one staff member, not the entire salon. The girl who handled my service — the younger staff member compared to the other two present that day — was poorly trained, unprofessional, and completely ignored my requests, which made my experience very disappointing. I booked a premium 45-minute facial, specifically for a soothing facial massage and longer duration. I've been going to this place since October 2024 everyone is super friendly, eyebrow threading is 5 dollars they do a great job! They always clean up my brows nicely and I will continue to go here.
