My first time making an appointment, I choose to do that online. Picking what seemed like a basic pedicure and manicure. Upon arriving to the appointment I was meet by a young lady that wasn't the person who my appointment was scheduled with. She also explained the services I selected online didn't match up with what I wanted. The website didn't have clear descriptions of what a lot of the services included.
