Navid is a saint. As someone who handles ~99% of my own fleet's service, it can be hard to find a mechanic who won't lump you in with the laymen. Navid patiently helped me troubleshoot multiple issues on one of my vehicles - we aligned on a handful of diagnoses and next steps for each, and (this is the kicker) my guy didn't even try to sell me on service - he could tell from the conversation what I was after, helped me with the diagnoses and sent me on my way.
