If I could leave a zero I would. Believe the previous review about them being scammers! They won't get back to your insurance company. They don't have voicemail. They're holding my car after I got in a car accident with my 1.5 year old daughter who I had to drag around with me the day of and now I'm without a vehicle. The tow drivers they use act like they will do anything for you but they're just in on it.
Great Experience here! I needed help with repairing my vehicle after a collision, they were knowledgeable, told me what I needed to do and helped to make the process as painless and seamless as possible. There auto body work is beautiful and they had me back on the road with very little downtime. I highly recommend this body shop.
"Tow Truck & Storage Scam" This is a shop run by scammers! Please do not leave your vehicle here. They are in cahoots with two towing companies, ROADSIDE77 and UN WEST. You won’t be able to reach them by phone or email, and they won’t tell you where your car is! They’ll only advise you to book an appointment, but guess what? They’ll never show up. Tony from Un west picked me up from a gas station because my car had a electrical malfunction he was very calm and reassuring it was going to be ok he took us to lotus and not only once I got my car back it was not only fixed it was also cleaned from the inside and outside with a very cheap price and tony also got along with my kids Lotus also gave me a car to drive until my car got fixed I am very satisfied with my experience and will come here again next time my car needs fixing
