Worst shop ever dont go with lotus auto collision
If I could leave a zero I would. Believe the previous review about them being scammers! They won't get back to your insurance company. They don't have voicemail. They're holding my car after I got in a car accident with my 1.5 year old daughter who I had to drag around with me the day of and now I'm without a vehicle. The tow drivers they use act like they will do anything for you but they're just in on it.
Great Experience here! I needed help with repairing my vehicle after a collision, they were knowledgeable, told me what I needed to do and helped to make the process as painless and seamless as possible. There auto body work is beautiful and they had me back on the road with very little downtime. I highly recommend this body shop.
"Tow Truck & Storage Scam" This is a shop run by scammers! Please do not leave your vehicle here. They are in cahoots with two towing companies, ROADSIDE77 and UN WEST. You won’t be able to reach them by phone or email, and they won’t tell you where your car is! They’ll only advise you to book an appointment, but guess what? They’ll never show up.
