If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thien gave me a gorgeous blowout and perfect make-up ahead of my recent civil ceremony. The salon is spacious, comfortable and relaxing (and has a great playlist!). Thien made sure every detail of my hair and make-up was perfect and helped me feel ready for my big day.

I had the most amazing experience for my bridal makeup and hair. I’ve never had such a good service. With curly hair, I’m sometimes hesitant that people won’t know how to style me or do proper heat styling to prevent frizz, but the process was fully understood and my makeup and hair were flawless all day and night. I worked with Lotus Artistry Studio for my wedding and it was the best decision I made! I wanted to find a WOC hair and makeup artist and who also wouldn't make me look orange or ashy and knew how to work with darker skin tones in a knowledgable way and Thien was exactly that and more! Truly the most unprofessional service I’ve ever received. The bride didn’t get the make up or hair she was promised. They showed up an hour late. Her hair fell out an hour after it was done. A friend of the bride paid $200 deposit and never received any service. Do not recommend.
