I was referred to Dr. Loturco to help me through a number of strength training challenges I was facing. His insight and knowledge helped me break through a number of lifting plateaus as well as diet and drop weight, improve posture and develop greater strength. I do not lightly recommend. He is great. By the way, I'm 50 and I am stronger now than when I was 30. He know what he's talking about. If you care about your body - see him.
