AWFUL PEOPLE. ETA was 120 mins and they hadn't showed up even after that. Called them to find out the situation and they hung up on me without resolving the issue.
Excellent. So my car would not start and i called my insurance. They dispatched the service. And the technician Carmen arrived and literally within a 3 minutes my car was running. He was able to diagnose within a flash that it was a battery problem. He got his portable battery and the plan was to test this before towing. I was able to start and stop my car Please do not rely on the tracker...i think it is not their fault. My insurance company called this company to come tow us to the dealership to have our car fixed and the original ETA was 60 minutes at 8:54am. We immediately received a call that there would be a 30 minute delay. The tracking website they sent in the texts was god awful and didn’t even update correctly.
