Was told my daughter’s engine in her car was cracked by a shop that replaced one of the coils in it. After checking around, Lott’s responded the quickest and had one of the lower estimates to replace engine. I had her car towed to Lott’s & after checking the car himself, the owner, Donnie, determined that the engine wasn’t cracked after all!! Repaired the car quickly and instead of spending $3000, it only cost me $400!! Can’t express enough how thankful I am for honest, competent people!! Thank you, Donnie!!!
Love the work Lott’s does. Have taken my vehicles there because I know they provide quality work. The mechanics are great and love the Kris and Brian duo. They both know their stuff and will provide the best quality work. Thanks guys keep it up.
We broke down in Daphne on a cross-country roadtrip. No one in town would agree to flash our replacement computer—not even the dealership. Then, we called Lott’s. We were back on the road in a handful of hours. These guys are capable, friendly, and fast. Couldn’t recommend them more.

i have tried other shops and i have found Lotts does the best work. Kris the mechanic there is very good and i trust him.
They suck big time me and my mom took our car there instead of Donnie taking it for a test Drive he only went and sat in the car moving the gears now he got the gears stuck in 1st gear it want move when it wasn't like that in the beginning so I definitely want be taking any other vehicle to this place at all legal action needs to be taken for this as well and we are in talks of it
I can't say enough good things about the guys at Lotts, especially Donnie. He's been working on our vehicles for ten years. Wouldn't send our vehicles to anyone else!
I was on my way to Kentucky, truck started acting up, limped into a small town svc center for help. I called Donnie and told him how it was acting, he immediately said it was the distributor, they ordered one for me and put it in the next morning. Now I can get home, Thanks Donnie, that's why I use you for all my vehicles.
