Gorgeous spot downtown!
the ambiance is cute but service is abysmal — you can’t even ask a question without the staff being visibly annoyed…and no it wasn’t busy, I was the only person in line with no one behind me the decor makes up for everything else
Cute little coffee shop with excellent coffee and teas! Staff was friendly and helpful. Small gift shop area with a nice selection!
Such a great spot in uptown Charlotte! Lottie’s has great food, service & atmosphere. Whether it’s a remote work day or after an event in uptown, I love stopping for food. 10/10 recommend for a bite to eat and good coffee!
Andrew was so helpful and sweet. I lost my voice and he was accommodating and turned the music down to hear. I liked the place it’s super cute everyone was super nice.
