Lottie is very professional and knowledgeable. She was trustworthy and kept and her on everything she told me about the hearing aids. She is excellent.

Lottie was excellent in her approach to the hearing tests, and explained everything in detail so there was no question in my mind of how I was being tested and how my evaluation would be.

I purchased a pair of hearing aids elsewhere and had some issues with the programming that were not properly resolved by the dispenser. Lottie was familiar with the Oticon brand having worked for them and while it took a while to get in to see her, once there she gave me her full attention and resolved the issues I had with my hearing aids as well as answered all my questions clearly. Her professionalism and expertise are both very evident and in that I trust.
