Great place. Lincy, at the service desk was excellent. She hooked us up with a better view and early check in.
I had been wanting to stay at this hotel for some time. Unfortunately my expectations fell short. Although the lobby is impressive, the rooms are beyond drab. Empty walls, carpet that looks like it has been around since the 70's , scratched furniture and the likeness of a cheap hotel. The room had no vibe or personality , just a bare box with no life to it . For the money you pay ,I found it to be a huge disappointment .Perhaps because I checked in on the late side, I found the staff at check in to be quite rude , she didn't... read more
