Spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Located just far away from Time Square but so close you feel like the heart of Time Square is right there.
Rooms need a facelift. Feels like they were last updated in the 90s. Room service should open before 6:30 and the coffee shop opened late that day at 7 (usually 6:30). The hotel was a coffee desert! I need coffee before I get ready and my meetings started at 7:30. I had to leave the hotel in my pajamas to walk to Starbucks.
Perks: Great location. Room service is excellent. Downsides: The rooms are quite old. Everything is extremely worn. Front desk is not friendly and ruined the whole experience. They scoffed/laughed when I tried to ask them for help.
I am so glad we stayed here. Great staff and location. Amazing experience.
